Vietnam - Draft National Technical Regulation of Road Vehicle Headlamps

​This draft regulation stipulates requirements for quality assessment of road vehicle headlamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps). This draft technical regulation applies to establishments that manufacture and import lamps, manufacture and assemble and import road motor vehicles and organizations and individuals involved in inspection, testing and certification of the technical quality and safety of lamps.​
